From the perfectly square sashes to the precise sizing, our windows guarantee smooth operation and a seamless fit. We offer this range in both traditional working mechanisms that feature wax ropes, pulleys and lead weights as well as the more modern spring sash balances. Both of these stunning windows not only look fantastic but also function effortlessly.

At Midland Conservatories & Joinery, we prioritise sustainability and durability. Our Sliding Sash Windows are crafted from FSC approved, sustainably sourced Hardwood Red Grandis or Harwood Sapele as standard. To withstand the test of time, we use engineered wood for the opening sashes and solid timber for the frames. As with all of our product range we also offer our box sash windows in Accoya.

Glazing Options for Enhanced Performance

Our windows come with low emissive soft coat glass, featuring a warm edge spacer bar and argon-filled cavity as standard. This advanced glazing technology ensures optimal energy efficiency, reducing heat loss and enhancing insulation. Additionally, we offer a range of glass specifications to cater to your unique needs. Whether it's for soundproofing, privacy, enhanced security, or slimmer glazing units to maintain the character of the original windows, our team will guide you in choosing the perfect glass option for your Sliding Sash Windows. As standard our range is available with 14mm and 24mm thick glazing units but we can also accommodate single glazing, slimlite units and vacuum glazing.
