Hardwood & Accoya Orangery

Edgbaston, Birmingham

This stunning property in the centre of Birmingham was undergoing a full refurbishment and we were lucky enough to design and build the fantastic new orangery as well as replace all of the hardwood sliding sash windows and French doors in the house. There was an old Amdega conservatory which was beyond its best days and the new homeowners were keen to have a light filled living space that could be used all year round. 

The main orangrey replaced the old conservatory with a second part of the orangery linking into the main house by removing a small single story extenion and replaceing with a lantenr roof and French doors out onto the garden. 

The main structure was manufactured from engineered hardwood Sapele with Accoya corner posts and Accoya doors.
