Accoya Bi-Folding Doors in Swimming Pool Extension.

We replaced the windows and doors on this farmhouse which was completely renovated in 2023. Part of the renovations including building a brand new swimming pool complete with changing rooms and sauna. We manufactured and installed two sets of Accoya Bi-Folding doors that shield the swimming pool from the weather in the winter months and given the opportunity to open up the swimming pool to the outside patio which is complete with built in barbeque, in the summer. 

The first set of bi-folds measured 7 metres wide by 2.5 metres tall and was split into 7 door panes. The second set measured 5.7 metres x 2.8 metres and was split into 6 door panes. The doors featured raised and fielded panels with georgian bars to retain the traditional assthetic and tie in to the windows on the rest of the property.

Accoya was chosen as the material due to the high humidity in the swimming pool.
