- Frame and Roof Timbers are Manufactured from Grade A West African Hardwood Sapele, from well managed forests and will have been specially selected for their quality and fine grain.
- Frames Designed and Tested to meet both the requirements of BS6375 Part 1:1983 (For Air Permeability, Water-tightness and Wind Resistance) and BS6375 Part 2:1987 for Operation and Strength.
- Separate Continuous Sub Cill with Joints Hand Rail Bolted.
- Frames have a Locating Groove to locate onto cill and Adjoining Frames to assist Installation.
- Roof Rafters are Hardwood, Fitted Externally, with Low Maintenance Powder Coated Aluminium Cappings.
- Roof vents are optional, and can be manually or electrically operated. These are manufactured with extruded aluminium powder coated sections.
- Low Maintenance Cast Resin Finials & Crests.
- Espagnolette Locking on Opening Sashes and Friction Hinges with Night Vent Position.
- Doors are High Performance with Multi Point Locking.
- Choice of Colours Factory Sprayed with Microporous 'Teknos' Coatings.
- Frames and Doors are designed to accommodate 24mm Double Glazed Units.
- Rolled Aluminium Ultraframe Box Gutter where required.
